How do you screen tenants?

We verify identity (Ghana Card), employment, and rental references. Only tenants who pass our checks are placed in your property.

We coordinate repairs with vetted local contractors. For anything above a threshold you set, we get your approval first.

How do I receive rent payments?

Rent is collected via Mobile Money or bank transfer and forwarded to your local or international account, minus the management fee.
