• Pages visited and interactions with the Platform
• Listing views, searches, and saved listings

• Provide and maintain the Platform
• Facilitate tour bookings and QR code verification

• Connect tenants with landlords and agents for property viewings

• Between parties: When you book a tour, your contact details are shared with the landlord/agent to facilitate the viewing
• Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and authentication that process your data on our behalf
• Legal requirements: When required by Ghana law, court order, or governmental request
• Safety: To protect the rights, safety, and property of Nzama Limited, our users, or the public

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. QR verification tokens are cryptographically generated and time-limited.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Tour verification records are retained for accountability and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
