Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — Professional and Diaspora plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Existing tenants on signed leases stay in place.
How are international payouts handled for diaspora owners?
We support payouts to local Ghana accounts in GHS or international bank transfers in USD, GBP, and CAD. Forex fees pass through at our partner banking rate — no markup.
